Last updated: October 20, 2026

Draft, pending legal review  Items in [brackets] still need to be confirmed. Remove this notice after review.

1. About these terms

In short. These terms are the rules for using Edge Connect. If you install or use it, you agree to them.

Edge Connect is software made by InnovAgents LLC (“InnovAgents”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Morgantown, West Virginia, USA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of the Edge Connect app, this website and any related services (together, the “Service”).

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that company, and “you” means that company. If you have signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement applies where it differs from these Terms. Using Edge Connect through Salesforce AppExchange may also be subject to Salesforce’s own AppExchange terms. [Counsel to confirm how the AppExchange terms and these Terms fit together]

2. Using Edge Connect

In short. Use it for lawful work and keep your logins safe.

You install Edge Connect from AppExchange into your own Salesforce org. You need a valid Salesforce license, and you decide who in your org can use Edge Connect.

  • Keep your passwords, keys and connected accounts secure, and tell us quickly if you think any of them was exposed.
  • Follow the law and the terms of every service you connect, such as Gmail, Slack or QuickBooks. You are responsible for the flows you build and for the data they move.
  • Do not use the Service to send spam, spread malware, or break the law.
  • Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or get around its limits.
  • Do not resell the Service or offer it to others without our written permission.

3. Your data and your Salesforce org

In short. Your data stays yours. We use it only to run the Service.

You own your data and the flows you create. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service.

Edge Connect runs from your Salesforce org and connects to the other tools you choose. Data moves between those tools the way you set up your flows. We do not control those third-party services.

Some parts of the Service may handle data outside your Salesforce org, for example files that flows keep, data conversion features, and AI features such as Copilot. [To confirm with the product team before publishing: exactly which data is handled where, and which providers process it]

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

4. Plans, usage and billing

In short. Price and plans are shown on the AppExchange listing.

Edge Connect is offered through Salesforce AppExchange. The current price, plans and any discounts, for example for nonprofits, are shown on our AppExchange listing.

Billing periods, taxes, cancellations and refunds follow what is shown on that listing and at checkout. [Confirm refund and price-change notice policy]

5. Support

In short. Write to us and we’ll help.

You can reach us at [email protected] or through our Contact page. Our guides answer most setup questions. [Add support hours and response times, if you want to promise any]

6. Availability and changes

In short. We work to keep Edge Connect running, but we can’t promise it never stops.

We aim to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, including problems with Salesforce or the services you connect.

We may improve, change or remove features over time. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you ahead of time when we reasonably can.

7. Intellectual property

In short. We own the product. You own your data.

InnovAgents owns the Service, including its software, design and branding. While you are allowed to use the Service, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything. Logos and names of other companies on this site belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse Edge Connect.

8. Warranties and liability limits

In short. The Service is provided “as is”, and our responsibility has limits.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be error-free or always work with every tool you connect.

To the fullest extent the law allows, InnovAgents is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. [Counsel to review this section] Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Ending your use

In short. You can stop any time. We can stop service if these Terms are broken.

You can stop using Edge Connect at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the app, as described on AppExchange.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. When your access ends, your right to use the Service ends too. Parts of these Terms that are meant to continue, such as ownership and liability limits, will continue. [Confirm what happens to your data after you leave, and for how long]

10. Governing law, changes and contact

In short. West Virginia law applies. Write to us with any question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. [Counsel to confirm governing law and where disputes are heard]

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms.
